This product is white or light yellow crystal or crystalline powder; slightly smelly, bitter and slightly salty in taste. This product is slightly soluble in ethanol, slightly soluble in water or chloroform, and is very slightly soluble in ether.

PRODUCT EFFECTS
It is used for the treatment of intestinal and parenteral amebiasis (such as amebic liver abscess and pleural amoebiasis).
